Connecticut Electric presents the 800A Single-Throw Quick Connect Switch (QCS) to provide plug and play generator connections and effective on/off switching capabilities. The camlock disconnect switch boasts a unique design, featuring color-coded Series 16 camlocks that are wired to load in order to carry electricity out of its enclosure via Series 16 female camlocks. Each Camlock connection includes covers to protect its brass contacts while not in use.

It has a non-fusible design, perfect for temporary power infrastructure that already has upstream circuit protection. Equipped with a front-facing rotary handle and an UL-Listed ABB switch, the user can instantly disconnect circuits in case of emergency. To further enhance safety measures, the main door is designed to remain securely locked until the handle is set into the off-position and circuits are de-energized.
